Most Builders Sub The Concrete Out. We Pour It.
On most projects the patio is a different company on a different schedule holding a different standard, and when something does not line up, each one points at the other. Ours is the same crew on the same job, using the same acid stain technique that makes our rock read as real stone. One team is accountable for the ground from your back door to the property line.

WHAT WE BUILD
Every Surface You Walk On
Poured, shaped and finished by the crew that does our custom rockwork.

YOUR SURFACE
Pool Decks & Patios
The surface your family is actually on all summer. Sized to the pool, pitched for drainage and finished so it stays cool enough to stand on barefoot in August.

CONCRETE
Stamped & Textured
Custom patterns made in-house, pressed into the slab while it is still green, by hand, seam by seam. We break the repeat as we go so it does not read as a stamp.

COLOR
Acid Stain & Color
Color driven into the surface instead of painted on top of it. It weathers instead of peeling, and no two slabs come out identical.

BENEATH YOUR FEET
Driveways & Walkways
Approach, parking and the path around the house. Base and drainage set right before anything is poured, because that is what decides whether it lasts.

STRUCTURE
Retaining Walls
Sloped lots are most of western Washington. We cut, hold and terrace the grade so the yard becomes usable space instead of a hill you look at.

ENTERTAIN
Outdoor Kitchens
Built in place from the same concrete as the patio, so the entertaining area reads as one continuous surface rather than furniture set on top of it.

UNDER THE SURFACE
Flat Is Easy. Right Is Not.
Decorative concrete fails from the bottom, not the top. Most of the work that decides whether a patio is still flat and even in ten years happens before anyone sees color.
01
Base and drainage. Subgrade compacted and pitched before a single yard is poured. Concrete that holds water is concrete that cracks.
02
Steel and pour. Rebar or mesh sized to the slab and the load it will carry. Placed, screeded and floated the same day.
03
Stamp and texture. Pattern worked in by hand while the slab is green, then the repeat broken so it reads as stone rather than a mold.
04
Stain and seal. Acid stain driven into the surface, then sealed. It ages instead of peeling.
HOW IT USUALLY GOES
With The Pool, Or On Its Own
You might be here because you are building a pool with us. You might just want a better backyard. Both are real jobs and both get the same crew and quality.
WITH A POOL BUILD
Drawn Together
The deck, the stone edge and the rockwork all get designed in the same model, at the same time, by the same crew. Elevations match, the stain pulls from the rock, and nothing gets bolted on after the fact.

CONCRETE ONLY
No Pool Required
You don't need a pool to get the concrete. A walkway, a driveway, a retaining wall or a full backyard of stamped patio and outdoor kitchen. From small projects to full hardscape builds - all finished to the same standard.
