Most of our custom pools start between $150,000 - $180,000. That covers the pool itself: shell, three feet of patio, full plumbing, heater, cartridge filter, skimmer and chlorination. Rock work, waterfalls, slides, automation and larger patios build from there, and you will be able to see every line item that creates your budget. Electrical, gas and excavation are quoted separately.
